shipping policy

paris pick-up

If you are in Paris, your order can be pick-up directly at our office. Pick-up is available at check-out. Before pick-up, please wait for SSIMONA’s confirmation before coming. Provide your order confirmation sent on your email when arrived. Pick-up is good for carbon footprints*.




france and europe shipping

Please allow a maximum of 3 working days* after your order before its dispatch. Delivery times starts only from the date of shipping rather than the date of order.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number. Please select the shipping option that best suits your needs during check-out. For alternate shipping options, please e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate.

Approximate delivery time when shipped from SSIMONA is 2-3 working days in France and 4-8 working days in Europe.

*Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

international shipping

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 4—14 days from the order shipment.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. SSIMONA is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.

All international orders are shipped via Colissimo International.


Items that are pre-orders will ship at the designated date on the product page. Delays past 1 month will be communicated to you. Should shipping addresses change during the time the pre-order is placed, please e-mail us at and we will update your shipping address accordingly.

For customers who purchase more than 1 item that includes a pre-order item, for U.S. Domestic customers we will split your order and ship items that are ready to fulfill immediately and hold the pre-order until fulfillment is ready. For International Customers, we will hold the entire shipment until the pre-order is ready, unless you would like to split the shipment based on what is ready for fulfillment, please note, you would be responsible for the additional shipping fees. 


return and exchange policy

online return

Any return requests must be validated in the 14-days after receiving your order. Please contact to have a confirmation upon your receiving. If your return is not confirmed and sent back without validation from SSIMONA, any items shipped from your side to ours, will be accepted at our discretion. Any request made after the 14-days after receiving will not be accepted, therefore not refundable. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s expense.

Your order will be credited back to your credit card within 15 days of receipt of the return.

conditions of return

Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with original tags attached.

Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original condition, including the box and shoe bag (if applicable).

Jewelry and accessories must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

Made-to-order, books, undergarments, swimwear, beauty products and candles are FINAL SALE ONLY.

Vintage and sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for FINAL SALE ONLY

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. SSIMONA is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service.

SSIMONA reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.


damaged items 

Great care is taken in sending your orders but if a defective or damaged item is delivered, let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to to start the return procedure. Please include your order number in the subject line. In the body of the email, please indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return.


online exchange

SSIMONA is unable to accommodate an exchange request. Simply place a new order for the new size or item required and send the unsuitable item back for a refund.
